CleaningPros Cancellation Policy

CleaningPros requires 3 fullbusiness days notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment(s). Outside of this time range we are more than happy to rearrange and change your schedule as much as you want.

We have this policy because we try hard to give our team members a reliable schedule, and we promise them hours once they start their day. When over 3 days notice is provided, we usually have no problem filling in the cancelled appointment. But with under 3 days notice, it gets progressively harder for us to replace your appointment.
